Delivery & Returns Information

Orders will normally be dispatched within 24 hours. Wherever possible, orders received before noon will be dispatched the same day. Normal postal lead times are: UK destinations 2-4 days and Europe 3-5 days but please allow up to 14 days for delivery. We will always do our best to inform you about any delay.

 

Delivery will be made to the address specified at the point of order

 

We deliver to most addresses within the United Kingdom, with the exception of Channel Islands. We deliver to the following EU countries: Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Netherlands and Spain.

 

Delivery charges vary depending on the size of your order, the service you select and the delivery address.

Standard delivery is charged at £9.95 per order to mainland of England, Wales, Northern Ireland and Scotland for all orders of value £0.00 – £149.99

Delivery to mainland of England, Wales and Scotland is FREE OF CHARGE on all orders over £149.99

Standard delivery to all EU countries is £25 per order up to 12 bottles.

We deliver to Bath, Somerset (BA1 & BA2 postcodes) and surrounding villages for free on order over £39.99.

 

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, all items must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over. For Standard Delivery, if no one of 18+ is at the address when the delivery is attempted, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and will telephone to rearrange or will return later that day. In these circumstances, if redelivery is required a further delivery charge may be payable.

 

Returns and exchanges

We believe you will be delighted with your purchases but there may be occasions when you feel it necessary to return an item. You have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within seven working days of delivery. This applies to all our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of products where foodstuffs have been delivered. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

 

Warranty and Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions will restrict our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence, neither will any of these terms restrict any of your statutory rights.

In addition that outlined above we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war.

Other than as set out above, our maximum liability arising out of any order for the supply of goods to you under this contract will be limited to the retail price of the goods contained in that order.
